"For me, MMA is a place to push myself beyond my own expectations as well as society's. The training is always hard, but I always leave feeling like an empowered badass. I know the training aids in my self-defense awareness, and this gives me more confidence when I walk into any room. I love the culture at Elevate MMA. It's not intimidating and I feel like the group and coaches push me in an encouraging way and believe in me even when I struggle to believe in myself. You can really tell the people care here.
